Which home gym equipment is best? Well, it can get a little complicated! Why? because it really depends on what you want to achieve. Before buying anything, you need to determine your goals. Because if you don’t, you’ll end up buying equipment you’ll never use!
Me, I know I’m not a body builder, but I do know the value of consistent strength training. My at-home-gym is built for the everyday person. My goal was to access as many different exercises while using the least amount of equipment.

Your entire home gym set up can cost between 1 to 5 years worth of gym memberships, but your home equipment will last a lifetime! I remember going to my uncles place and seeing old gym equipment scattered around his basement, he’d had it for over 30 years!
